Embroidery is the method by which most higher end garments are decorated.  It is a needlework decoration method by which thread is embellished onto the decorating surface.

Screenprinting is the method by which most t-shirts and related garments are decorated. It is a stencil method of printmaking by which ink is forced through a fine mesh (or "silk") screen onto the decorating surface.

Like any other kind of custom embellishment, the most important factors in determining price are the quantity and quality of the item. Other factors such as the color of the garment and the number of ink colors (screenprinting) or stitches (embroidery) are also important variables. As a rule of thumb, the lighter the garment (whites, neutrals, and heathers), and the fewer the ink colors or stitches; the lower the price.

Screenprinting:  We require a low minimum order of 12 pieces on screenprinted items.  Sizes (and sometimes colors) can be mixed according to the customer's wishes, but the artwork must be the same throughout the run; this applies to same size, colors, and method.

Embroidery:  We have no minimun for embroidered items. We do offer regular quantity breaks.  Sizes (and sometimes colors) can be mixed according to the customer's wishes, but the artwork must be the same throughout the run; this applies to same size, colors, and method. Sorry, hats and shirts cannot be combined to equal the required embroidery minimum.

Screenprinting:  Due to the cost and time involved in the set-up process, we are not able to provide actual print samples prior to production. If you wish, you may purchase for $10 a clean and crisp proof of what the printed garment will look like.

Embroidery:  If you have a custom design you must first pay the digitizing cost of the design.  At that point, if you would like a physical stitch out you may purchase one.  Price is based on the number of stitches in the design.

You probably won't have time. We place your order with the distributor by the end of the business day and it arrives to our location in 1 to 4 business days.  If you cancel an order, you are obligated to pay a restocking fee of 25% (which distributors charge us) plus the shipping back to the distributor.

Rule of thumb: Be sure before you order because the process starts immediately. We strive to provide affordable quality embroidery. Be confident of your purchase decision, it costs everyone to reverse a purchase.

We cannot accept returns on decorated, worn, washed or discounted garments under any conditions.  Please call if you have any issues and we will make every attempt to work with you. We pride ourselves in our service so we are greatly interested in your comments & ensuring you are pleased with your purchase.  All new, undecorated, unwashed, never worn returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping.  We always suggest that you review manufacturers specifications for care instructions and expected shrinkage.  Digitizing charges can not be reimbursed.
